The easiest way to become a millionaire real estate agent is to BUY real estate. Your emphasis as a millionaire real estate agent is on the WORD millionaire and NOT on the WORD real estate agent Let's admit it If you have been a real estate agent for any period of time You don't need me to tell you that Frankly, being a real estate agent - at times - lots of times - SUCKS It is a very difficult job Upwards of 90% of the work you do may amount to NOTHING You have to be tough to get through the 90% to the 10% of your effort that is actually productive and results in making money Being a real estate agent can be a very STRESSFUL job Cranky sellers blaming you for circumstances way - way - way beyond your control Finicky buyers wasting your hours, wasting your days, wasting your weeks, wasting your months - as they constantly change their mind as they constantly wait for the ELUSIVE great, perfect house which, of course, is way beyond their budget Please listen to me and consider carefully Gain control of your destiny The surest way to become wealthy in real estate To become a MILLIONAIRE real estate agent Is to do as LITTLE brokerage as possible as you build your real estate empire ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS Think of yourself FIRST as the buyer Think of yourself FIRST as your greatest client You want to be in control of your time and your decisions - Working with buyers and sellers is the opposite of being in control of your time Because you are marching to THEIR agenda NOT good You want to be marching to YOUR agenda So here is my first tip to becoming a millionaire real estate agent Always think of yourself FIRST and FOREMOST as a real estate INVESTOR - a BUYER and NOT as a real estate AGENT Think, think, think As a real estate agent, you have the FIRST look at many money making opportunities Take advantage of these money making opportunities Over the last forty plus years, I can't tell you the number of times that I have heard agents bragging and then whining about a client getting a "great deal" Yes, agents being JEALOUS of their own clients Hearing this, you just want to scream, HEY STUPID Why did YOUR client get a great deal and NOT you? If you are a real estate agent and you allow the great deals to slip through your hands, there is a name for you - my friend DOPE You are a DOPE - an idiot YES, start thinking that the ONLY - the ONLY properties that you want to SELL are those properties that you do NOT want go buy yourself.
