The Master Self-Defense Course

Take the Course - Take Control

g1.jpg    Thirty years ago, I was a second degree black belt. I was competing. I thought I was pretty tough.

There was a town bully who was always fighting with everyone for any reason.

He started verbally harassing me. He pretended he was teasing me, "Hey, Mr. Karate Man, punching in the air and doing that Chinese dancing. That's not real fighting." I nodded but after a while it got less and less funny. And, my friends and students started to say, "Bill, you should just kick this jerk's ass."

And, I thought, yes I can probably kick this guy's ass but I'm a high school teacher. I own a real estate office. I teach karate. And, this guy is used to going to jail. It was the old, "When you fight with pigs, you get dirty and the pig likes it."

I knew the bully's wife. She worked at the town library.

I asked her what to do. She said, "Be careful. Just stay away from him, win or lose, he'll fight you all right and you'll probably both land in the hospital or jail or both." She was used to her husband's antics. This situation was getting less and less funny.

I knew she had three kids. I asked her if her husband ever abused her or the kids.

Her answer changed my attitude toward self-defense.

She said, "If he ever put one finger on me or one of my boys, I'd wait until he fell asleep, I'd go to the kitchen and get a steak knife and kill him."

I never thought of myself as a confident person until I stopped to think about what I learned in the Master Self Defense Course. Now, I see myself much more capable of defending myself than I ever thought possible. It's a good feeling and sure worth a hundred bucks. Thanks.
The bully was crazy. How did his wife survive? She was even crazier.

She didn't need karate lessons. Obviously, picturing his wife with a steak knife was all the deterrent this bully needed to behave.

The next time I saw the bully he started with his sarcastic comments. I didn't say a word. I stared through him. In my mind's eye, I saw myself standing over him with a steak knife.

I guess he read my mind because that day he calmed down and he never bothered me again. To other people, he was the same bully. But me, he started treating like his best buddy.

   Does crazy beat karate?

That's not the point. The point is the power of a tough action oriented mindset.

Do you remember the kitchen scene from Godfather II with a young Don Vito Corleone? Clemenza was telling Vito that they had to be careful not to offend Don Fanucci. To which Vito shrugged and said, "They have guns. We have guns."

I am a black belt who agrees with Bill. You need attitude as much as you need technique. I'm passing along a lot of Bill's advice to my students. Bill is the Master.
Again, it was the tough action oriented mindset.

How tough is the bully after being stabbed with a steak knife?

How tough is Don Fanucci after he's shot?

If you take the Master Self Defense course, you will know what a strong action oriented mindset actually means.

I can teach you hundreds of self-defense techniques but if you haven't got a tough action oriented mindset to match the combinations, you'd probably lose. Weapons are of little use if you aren't prepared to use them.

However, if I can help you develop a tough action oriented mindset and teach you just a few simple self-defense techniques, you will be a formidable force. You will be a person of respect that others will think twice before crossing.

You say it. You mean it. Others will sense your confident presence.

You can spend decades studying the martial arts. I have. I am a fifth degree black belt, a master in the Shaolin Kempo martial arts system. I love the arts. I love the discipline. I love the exercise. I love the meditation. I love the philosophy.

You can do that. Or, not in decades but as fast as turning on a light switch, you can take the Master Self-Defense Course and immediately feel your inner power building.

   Let me be your teacher.

   Never feel victimized again.

Man, woman, young, old, fit or fat, develop a survivor's mindset, a determination to prevail.

Empowering and challenging that doesn't pull punches. This course is recommended to everyone at work, school, and home or on the computer or on the street. Without getting paranoid, you can be prepared.
At home, at school, at work, on the street, when you travel, you will prevail.

Think empowerment. Think of the steak knife. Think of the Master Self-Defense Course.

You don't want to spend your life as a grey little wimp hiding in the shadows of life. You don't want to spend your life marching to someone else's agenda. Feel in control. You will make the choice to be in charge of you.
