The 100 Day Challenge
It is REALLY very simple -
Find a calendar - count forward a 100 days
Write down some good sized goals -
Think of things you've been putting off or
Things you'd really like to have
Make' EM tough
3 to 5 real tests of your will
Write them down -
Write them down where you will see them every day
Then, it's BALLS TO THE WALL
one day at a time -
suck it up
Get it done
At the end of the day - feel good
Mark off that day
One hundred days is a perfect time block to make SIGNIFICANT changes resulting in SIGNIFICANT progress.
In 100 days, you can lose a lot of weight.
In 100 days, you can learn a lot about a new subject.
In 100 days, you can form new habits or eliminate bad habits.
In 100 days, you can start martial arts training and be ready to test for your first colored belt or
Be well on your way to mastering a new form
In 100 days, you can put yourself on a new career path
In 100 days, you can be well on your way to starting your own small business.
In 100 days, you can find a great investment property to buy.
