57. Develop Your Special Talent

Next Principle

You were born with a special talent. It may be to sing, write, teach, paint, mentor, preach, defend or befriend. You have something special to offer the world, something that you can do better than 10,000 others.

You are fortunate. Following the Action Principles® Plan will give you the time and the resources to identify and develop and share your special talent. You must keep learning and trying new things to find your special talent. The world needs your gift.

Money can also give you the opportunity to relax and develop your talents and interests. For example, let's say that you always wanted to learn to play the guitar. Now you can do it. And, you can buy the best guitar. And, you can hire the best teacher. And, you can have a lot of time to practice. And, you can spend time in Nashville and Austin. And, when you get good enough, you can make a record. And ... who knows? Having money provides with you many pleasant options.

Be aware that even a special talent can go stale if you don't keep using and honing it. Endeavor to keep your talents and all your skills up to date.
